Federal Heath Sign Company is a national sign manufacturer.  We are searching for an experienced Program Administrator for our Racine, WI location or our Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler, TX) location.

Job Responsibilities:  A Program Administrator spends the bulk of their time assisting with customer communications, responding to inquiries, coordinating with estimating and design, order entry, and helping to keep projects on a tight timeline while delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed to succeed in this role: A demonstrated history of strong customer service and administrative skills are required. A background in the electric signage industry, or construction field would be helpful. 
  • BA degree preferred.  Equivalent experience will be considered
  • Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative office experience.
  • Possess high level customer service skills/phone etiquette.
  • Ability to keep many details organized.
  • Follow-up skills are a must.

This job is onsite and will be filled in Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler TX) or Racine, WI.
It is full-time, M-F.
